Transport logistics is one of the most important elements in the logistics of a company, as it deals with the way in which the products will reach the final consumer. The Amazon has a serious mobility problem even though it has extensive rivers, due to which its main means of transport is the river. But even though it is of great importance for the economic and social development of the region, it still presents problems related to the logistical system that are due to both natural factors (flood, ebb) and lack of public investment in this sector. The present work was developed through bibliographical research and field research, in which a form was applied in five of the twelve vessels that operate in the Manaus/Tabatinga/Manaus section, providing services for the displacement of people and transport of cargo, having as a general objective to understand the operational dynamics of the vessels for carrying out cargo and passenger transport logistics during the ebb of the Solimões River, in the Manaus / Tabatinga / Manaus stretch, linking to the specific objectives of identifying the main challenges faced by the sector and proposing solutions of improvements, and to present an alternative functional plan for the optimization of the transport logistics in the sector. With this study, it was possible to observe that most of the vessels that operate in this modal are the Ferry Boat type (80%) and the minority are the Motor Ship type (20%), and travel for an average of eight years. These vessels carry more cargo of the frozen refrigerated type and of the solid bulk type, the activities of these vessels are concentrated in the Manaus / Tabatinga section, both for the displacement of people and the transport of cargo, it was also identified that the greatest potential risks related to the ebb of the River Solimões, are the increase in fuel consumption, increase in the cost of maintaining vessels, the risk of running aground and the increase in the cost of labor. Therefore, in view of these identified problems, possible solutions were presented to minimize these problems faced by these vessels, which is the creation of floating dock projects, and the implementation of floating terminals, finally, a Plan was presented for the optimization of the river transport of cargo and passengers on the Manaus/ Tabatinga/ Manaus stretch. No cenário de intensas transformações impulsionadas pelos avanços tecnológicos, as integrações comerciais, financeiras e a acirrada concorrência mundial, a logística empresarial vem se tornando uma das áreas centrais para as organizações. A logística de transportes é um dos elementos mais importante na logística de uma empresa, pois se trata da forma que os produtos irão chegar até o consumidor final. O Amazonas apresenta um grave problema de mobilidade mesmo possuindo extensos rios, devida isso seu principal meio de transporte é o fluvial. Porém mesmo sendo de grande importância para o desenvolvimento econômico e social da região, ainda apresenta problemas relacionados ao sistema logístico que são tanto por fatores naturais (cheia, vazante), quanto por falta de investimento público nesse setor. O presente trabalho foi desenvolvido através de pesquisa bibliográfica e pesquisa de campo, em que realizou-se aplicação de um formulário em cinco das dozes embarcações que operam no trecho Manaus/ Tabatinga/ Manaus, prestando serviço de deslocamento de pessoas e transporte de cargas, tendo como objetivo geral compreender a dinâmica operacional das embarcações para a realização de logística de transporte de cargas e passageiros durante a vazante do Rio Solimões, no trecho Manaus / Tabatinga / Manaus, atrelando aos objetivos específicos de identificar os principais desafios enfrentando pelo setor e propor soluções de melhorias, e apresentar um plano funcional alternativo para a otimização da logística de transporte no setor. Com este estudo foi possível observar que a maioria das embarcações que operam nesse modal são do tipo Ferry Boat (80%) e a minoria do tipo Navio Motor (20%), e realizam viagens em média de oito anos. Essas embarcações transportam mais cargas do tipo frigorificas congeladas e do tipo a granel sólido, as atividades dessas embarcações é concentrada no trecho Manaus/ Tabatinga, tanto de deslocamento de pessoas como transporte de cargas, também identificou que os maiores riscos potenciais relacionados a vazante do Rio Solimões, são o aumento no consumo de combustível, aumento no custo de manutenção das embarcações, o risco de encalhamento e o aumento no custo de mão-de-obra.
