Field research carried out in an administrative sector at the Instituto Médico Legal in the city of Manaus, under the Psychodynamics of Work approach, focusing on understanding subjective mobilization experiences, a process inherent to work activities, with all the variability that composes it, influencing and shaping it into an unique perspective. As a research instrument, individual interviews were carried out based on a semi-structured script, and the obtained material was subjected to a thematic content analysis based on the Psychodynamic Analysis of Work, divided into three themes, namely: “Organization of Prescribed Work and the Reality of Work", "Suffering, Defenses and Pathologies" and "Subjective Mobilization", in order to visualize the structure of work activities developed in the sector. The existence of factors that stimulate or constrain the manifestation of subjective mobilization was observed, among their impacts over the sector's workers.
