The main objective is to report the experience of conversation circles held with the workers of the Vila da Prata Basic Health Unit, from the perspective of Health Communication. In this way, the text goes beyond words and echoes the shared experiences, the constructed dialogues, the inhabited territory, and the attentive gazes cast upon the intricate work processes that unfold in the constant frenzy of everyday life. In this journey, we share the thoughts of Deleuze and Guattari, using Cartography as a possible methodological path. Throughout the discussion, we emphasize the integration between education, service, and community, engaging with the contents of the workshops and interviews conducted. Finally, we understand the importance of expanding the discussion on Permanent Education in Health, exploring new perspectives and horizons. A presente pesquisa-ação emerge dos encontros e afetos produzidos ao vivenciarmos, enquanto estudantes e participantes do programa PET-Saúde, o cotidiano pulsante de uma Unidade Básica de Saúde situada na periferia da cidade de Manaus. O objetivo principal é relatar a experiência de rodas de conversa realizadas com trabalhadoras da Unidade Básica de Saúde Vila da Prata, na perspectiva da Comunicação em Saúde. Dessa forma, o texto transcende as palavras e ecoa as experiências compartilhadas, os diálogos construídos, o território habitado e os olhares atentos lançados sobre os intrincados processos de trabalho que se desenrolam no frenesi constante do dia a dia. Nessa jornada, compartilhamos o pensamento de Deleuze e Guattari, utilizando a Cartografia como caminho metodológico possível. Ao longo da discussão, destacamos a integração entre ensino, serviço e comunidade, nos envolvendo com os conteúdos das oficinas e entrevistas realizadas.
