This Final Course Work, of an exploratory and quantitative nature, brought the enrollment survey of students with especial education, from the Municipal Secretary of Education, which began in the period of 2021 and ended in 2022, with the objective of mapping the children enrolled with especial education, in the west zone of the city of Manaus/Am. In this work, we contemplate the contextualization of inclusive education, in view of the international and Brazilian documents that make up the protection of
human rights for people with disabilities, one of which is the right to education, as a sine qua non condition in today's society, in equal rights social and individual. The research contemplates the conceptualization of the term inclusion and integration, based on the thoughts and research of Arnaiz Sánchez (2005), with the objective of reflecting on educational practices, within the school environment, and brings challenging reflections, in view of enrollment data, for future research in municipal schools of Elementary Education I, in the west zone of Manaus. |
