The present work aims to understand the process of inclusive education in regular education through public educational policies for students with disabilities. It is known that the history of people with disabilities in the search for their rights is not recent. The discussions on the construction of educational inclusion have made continuous progress; however, it isunderstood to guarantee the right to education for people with disabilities, to be legitimized in the collection of legal documents in politics. In this sense, we seek to analyze the main actions, guidelines, plans and laws aimed at inclusive education in the Brazilian context. This is a bibliographical and documentary research. The bibliographical research made possible a survey of works on the subject, the documentary provided a greater deepening of the laws implanted over time, from the analysis of several authors such as Rampazzo, Piassa and silver (2010) Mazzotta (1996) mends (1995) and documents such as the Salamanca Declaration and the Brazilian Inclusion Law contribute to the improvement on the subject, providing theoretical support. The results reveal that through laws implemented in defense of the person with disabilities there have been advances in the educational inclusion of the regular education system. |
