This Final paper (TCC in Portuguese) aims to carry out a systematic review on the use of colorimetry and spectrophotometry in chemical analysis and their contributions, with emphasis on the use of digital images. With regard to methodology, the TCC followed the Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis approach (PRISMA). PRISMA comprises a checklist of 27 items recommended for reporting systematic reviews. PRISMA 2020 is primarily designed for systematic reviews of studies that assess the effects of health interventions, regardless of the design of the included studies. However, the checklist items are applicable to reports of systematic reviews evaluating other interventions. Among the main results, based on the systematic review, it can be described that the colorimetric determination using digital images is promising, with low implementation cost and ease of obtaining immediate results; the method allowed the researchers to collect much larger data sets and obtain statistically reliable results; and possibility of portability for in situ applications. |
