In this context, the adoption of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology has proven to be a transformative factor in business management. This study focuses on analyzing 'The Impacts of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems on Companies in the Manaus Industrial Pole,' from the perspective of its managers. ERP systems emerge as an integration solution that covers a diverse range of organizational functions. Through a qualitative analysis of recent literature reviews and interviews with professionals from companies in various sectors of the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM), the aim was to understand professionals' perceptions of the impacts of ERP systems. A semi-structured interview script was used to present and examine the effects of this technology in the specific context of the PIM.The data indicated that the implementation of ERP systems promoted operational efficiency by optimizing processes and minimizing redundancies. The availability of real-time information allowed for data-driven decision-making, providing a competitive advantage in a dynamic environment and offering relevant insights for managers, academics, and professionals seeking to understand how technological convergence is shaping business management in specific contexts. However, transformations resulting from ERP adoption do not occur without challenges. Adapting organizational processes, change management, and compliance with local regulations are crucial issues in the context of the Manaus Industrial Pole A convergência entre tecnologia e gestão desempenha um papel central na dinâmica empresarial moderna. Nesse contexto, a adoção da tecnologia de Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), tem se mostrado um fator de transformação na gestão empresarial. Este estudo se concentra em analisar o sistema de Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) e seus impactos nas Empresas do Polo Industrial de Manaus sob a percepção de seus gestores, os sistemas de ERP’s emergem como uma solução de integração que abrange uma gama diversificada de funções organizacionais. Através de análise qualitativa de revisões literárias recentes e por meio de entrevista semiestruturada com profissionais das empresas de diferentes segmentos do Polo Industrial de Manaus (PIM), visando compreender as percepções destes profissionais sobre os impactos dos sistemas ERP’s, com roteiro semiestruturado e coleta de dados que buscou apresentar e examinar os efeitos dessa tecnologia no cenário específico do PIM. Os dados apontaram que a implementação dos sistemas ERP’s promoveu eficiência operacional, otimizando processos e minimizando redundâncias, a disponibilidade de informações em tempo real permitiu uma tomada de decisão embasada em dados concretos, propiciando uma vantagem competitiva em um ambiente dinâmico e que forneça “insights” relevantes para gestores, acadêmicos e profissionais específicos para entender como a convergência tecnológica está moldando a gestão empresarial em contextos específicos. Entretanto, as transformações decorrentes da adoção do ERP não ocorrem sem desafios.
