This work aimed to understand the consequences of the use of Artificial Intelligence in Public Administration and its impacts on society. Using a qualitative research strategy applying the interview technique with a semi-structured script, the research subjects were four managers of Information Technology Centers of Public Institutions located in the city of Manaus. The results indicate that the implementation of AI brings with it numerous advantages and contributions for the public administration and its administrators. It is also necessary to analyze the possible challenges and obstacles presented by this technology, in order to mitigate potential negative impacts. |
