The present Final Course Work (FCW) presents a comprehensive reflection on my entire professional and academic journey, highlighting the experiences gained throughout the internships undertaken. The investigation includes an assessment of the skills acquired, the challenges faced, and the lessons learned during these experiences, which have strengthened us continuously, with the aim of providing a deep understanding of personal and professional development. This has been documented based on photos, notes, and life experiences from my childhood to the present moment. I can consider these experiences at each stage, from the memorial to the reports, as evidence of my ability to overcome adverse situations, especially those encountered during supervised internships. In the first internship, I developed basic skills and learned to adapt to the school environment. In the second, I deepened the knowledge I had learned in theory and was able to put it into practice, improving my communication skills. The third internship was also very valuable, as it allowed me to explore an area I strongly identified with: education management. These experiences have comprehensively prepared me to face life's challenges and enhance my professional career.
