This final course work provides the opportunity to reflect on the challenges of teacher training in the Amazon. It is built in the format of a critical and reflective experience report, in which the author describes her experiences and, at the same time, provides elements for a critical analysis of the formative processes that engender teacher training in the Amazonian context, especially in the Municipality of Borba, made possible by the National Plan for the Training of Basic Education Teachers – PARFOR, in the period from 2019 to 2024.The results of the work offer a vision of education in the Amazonian reality, with its historical challenges and also point out paths and possibilities, inspired by the trajectory of its author. |
