This work presents the compilation of the memoir and the three internship experiences
undertaken by the student Eliésio da Silva Barros, divided into three chapters. Chapter
I deals with the memoir, which aims to present accounts of my life experiences in
personal, professional, and academic aspects, examining how these experiences
contributed to my choice of the teaching profession and the Pedagogy course. In
Chapter II, the author reflects on Supervised Internship I, developed in Early Childhood
Education. This internship is a moment of building experiences, allowing the intern to
come into contact with and experience the school environment and the routine of the
teacher in this modality. Finally, in Chapter III, we discuss the experience of Supervised
Internship II, carried out in the early years of Elementary Education, and Supervised
Internship III, which provided the opportunity to experience the routine of School
Management.
