It is known that process automation in a private company is, in fact, very valuable when used correctly. When talking about automation tools, it refers to the use of scripts and automated software to improve activities and processes within the company. By installing automation tools for tests that were previously conducted manually, the company eliminates repetitive tasks that are prone to human errors, without the tester's interference in executing the test. However, it is necessary to have a good understanding of the testing environment to analyze where the automation tool should operate. This case study proposes to practically examine an automation testing tool for a specific voice assistant executing commands for television software. The improvements and advantages of migrating from a manual testing environment to an automated testing environment will be clearly emphasized. Graphs and tables will display the results of this closed-source tool, highlighting the success of its implementation in this company in the city of Manaus.
