BarberShop is a business in the beauty industry that delivers products and services, combining the essence of conservative customs with contemporary trends through revolutionary procedures for male beauty and comfort. Addressing the management of the business model of BarberShops becomes relevant to fill possible gaps in this area of study. The objective of the research is to evaluate the perspective of customers of a BarberShop located in the city of Manaus. A case study with a quantitative and descriptive approach was conducted, with the application of a questionnaire with 29 questions to 30 customers of the establishment to measure their satisfaction with this new type of service. Among the main results obtained, it is clear that the BarberShop business model is positioned positively in the male beauty market, since the participants of the research were satisfied with the location, infrastructure, variety and quality of the services provided. It was also found that the establishment invests in privacy conditions to provide a good sense of security to its customers, using good equipment and highly qualified professionals, which results in the high quality of the service provided. Therefore, it can be inferred that this new business model effectively influences the male aesthetics sector with a differentiated proposal in the provision of services.
