Set in the area of linguistic studies of emerging sign languages, of the homesign systems type, this article aimed to phonologically analyze the signs of the semantic field of means of transport of a homesign language from Manaus-AM, specifically, it is anchored in producing terminological cards of the semantic field of means of transport of a homesign system from Manaus-AM; and, to parametrically detail the phonology of the signs for means of transport of a homesign system from Manaus-AM. To achieve the objectives, qualiquanti and field-type research were defined. Data were collected from a narrative review, semi-structured interview, in addition to a spontaneous demonstration of a semantic album with images of means of transport. It is theoretically supported by Le Guen, Coppola, Safar (2020) in relation to emerging sign languages and homesign systems; and Barreto and Barreto (2015) and Capovilla et al. (2017) regarding the phonology of sign languages. Ten terminological/lexical cards with detailed phonological description are presented as a result. The lexicons present complex phonemes, common in emerging languages, with an express relationship between signifier and signified.
