Resumo:
This thesis presents the development and implementation of an intelligent system applied to Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) aimed at optimizing routes in a production line scenario. Utilizing TCP/IP communication and optimization algorithms, the system seeks to automatically manage the AMRs' routes by capturing and analyzing information from sensors along their paths. The specific objectives of this work were to conduct a comprehensive literature review on management systems for AMRs, create a database for storing route records, develop a control interface for visualizing the collected data, create routes using an automatic management system, develop algorithms for route optimization, and test the implemented system in real production scenarios. The results demonstrated a significant optimization in collective routing compared to individual routes, achieving a time saving of 1 minute and 21 seconds, thereby proving the system's effectiveness in unifying and optimizing routes. The developed control interface enabled efficient monitoring of operations, facilitating real-time decision-making and route adjustments.
