The following work presents the study of an appliance company in the city of Manaus (AM) that in 2023 started a project called "Mental Quali" bringing several lectures on the mental health of the employee and motivation in the professional environment, an human Resources initiative aimed at monitoring the health of employees and improvements in the professional and personal development of each one. Initially there is a literary review with authors from several countries, followed by the explanation of the methodology used, with the use of semi- structured interviews and content analysis, it was possible to verify the different perspectives of various employees and demonstrated that the project brings benefits in addition to professionals, so there is a remarkable improvement in the training of individuals. |
