This study investigates the relationship between supply
chain management and the maximization of production and services in
household appliances, tvs and microwave companies in the manaus
industrial center. using a quantitative approach. the results indicate
that the less emphasized dimensions are customization, digital values
and service orientation. the most emphasized dimensions are data
analysis and processing and sources of income. inrelation to supply
chain management, the less emphasized dimensions are real-time
inventory and scm visibility, while lead times are the most emphasized.
this study provides empirical evidence on the relative importance of
the different dimensions of production, service and supply chain
management. companies can use this information to direct their
strategies and improve their supply chain management. |
