With the objective of characterizing the risks of damage to the health of employees of
a public health institution in the State of Amazonas, this research analyzed the
Work-Related Damage Scale (DTS) of the Psychosocial Risk Assessment Protocol
(PROART), applied to 225 health workers of a public health institution in the State of
Amazonas. The Theoretical Framework of the Research is the Psychodynamics of
Work. The overall results indicated a medium risk for physical harm and a low risk for
psychological and social harm. Among the psychological risks, the feeling of
emptiness has the highest mean (1.73) and the highest standard deviation (1.082),
indicating this as the psychological risk factor that deserves greater attention. In
relation to social harms, the desire to be alone stood out with the highest mean (1.94)
and the highest standard deviation (1.140). The results indicate the need for special
attention to physical risks in the work situation. |
