The Supervised Curricular Internship is a mandatory step to obtain a degree in Higher Education Institutions. The internship is often the first and only contact that many undergraduate students will have with the reality of their professions. The present study is an experience report, and its general objective is to present and reflect on the lessons learned. The report was based on experiences obtained over a period of six months in three public schools in the city of Manaus, Amazonas. It was possible to conclude that, although School Physical Education has made great advances in recent years, there are basic problems that cannot be ignored, such as the lack of materials and inadequate space for practice. These factors interfere with learning both for the future teacher and for children and adolescents in schools. |
