Considering the impact that technological evolution has been generating in industries, as well as in organizations in general, contributing to growth and efficiency, this article aims to evaluate the level of maturity of Industry 4.0 in relation to the Supply Chain area of an electronics industry located in the Manaus Free Trade Zone. The methodology used consisted of a descriptive quantitative survey, with data collected through the PIMM4.0 system being analyzed. The results indicated that the company is at an average level of maturity, considering the dimension studied. The article aims to help the company and other industries in the region to identify areas for improvement and to develop effective strategies to advance their level in Industry 4.0, in the Supply Chain subdimensions. |
