For the methodological development, a qualitative approach was proposed, through which it made it possible to unveil and get to know an environment of non-school education. In this thinking, the main questioning of the research was: How are the pedagogical practices in this space, developed by the pedagogical sector, such as: elaboration of menus of the offered courses; lesson plans; formations; training, meetings and other activities, whose pedagogical sector is, become gears for its full development. Future contributions arise from the premise that it is necessary to add the experiences of pedagogues in a non-school space. Thus, identifying the actions and skills in this space allows a broader view of the role of these professionals in non-school spaces. The subsidies exposed here refer to a better panorama of the work of pedagogues and pedagogues, allowing less conventional approaches during training. Esta pesquisa teve por objetivo analisar quais são as práticas e ações referentes ao papel das pedagogas e demais integrantes do setor pedagógico do Liceu de Artes e Ofícios Claudio Santoro – Unidade Parintins, no Baixo Amazonas, um espaço educacional, artístico, social e cultural. Para o desenvolvimento metodológico foi proposto uma abordagem qualitativa, por meio da qual possibilitou desvelar e conhecer um ambiente de formação não escolar. Neste pensar, o questionamento principal da pesquisa foi: Como as práticas pedagógicas neste espaço, desenvolvidas pelo setor pedagógico, tais como: elaboração de ementas dos cursos ofertados; planos de aula; formações; capacitações, reuniões e demais realizações, cujo o setor pedagógico é, torna-se engrenagem para o seu pleno desenvolvimento. As contribuições futuras surgem da premissa de que se faz necessário somar as experiências e vivências de pedagogas (os) num espaço não escolar. Assim, identificar as atuações e competências neste espaço permite uma visão mais abrangente sobre o papel desses profissionais em espaços não escolares.
