In the current context, information systems play a fundamental role in the effective management of blood donations, facilitating the registration, monitoring and coordination of donors, patients and blood centers. Recognizing this importance, this work proposed the development of the +Vida system, a multiplatform application dedicated to management. of blood donations. The system was subjected to a usability test, which revealed a satisfactory success rate in carrying out the activities proposed to users, although some functionalities were completed with difficulty. The results indicate the potential of the +Vida system to improve the management of blood donations, contributing to saving lives and improving health services. The contributions of this work include the creation of an efficient system that can facilitate and speed up processes related to blood donation, promoting a culture of donation and positively impacting society
