With advances in technology, pet owners have been able to request services in a more practical and safe way. Therefore, there was a need to monitor the acceleration of animal care, creating software tools that could assist in pet shop management. In this sense, this work aims to carry out a survey and analysis of the main technological development management tools found on the topic through Systematic Mapping (MS), also present the construction of the proposal based on the Incremental Process Model (MPI) and demonstrate the influences that these tools contributed to the development of the management of these companies. The results of this work may contribute to the development of future research and tools related to the topic. |
