In this sense, this work aims to carry out a survey and analysis of the main technological development management tools found on the topic through Systematic Mapping (MS), also present the construction of the proposal based on the Incremental Process Model (MPI) and demonstrate the influences that these tools contributed to the development of the management of these companies. The results of this work may contribute to the development of future research and tools related to the topic. Com os avanços da tecnologia, os donos de pet puderam solicitar serviços de forma mais prática e segura. Dessa forma, houve a necessidade de acompanhar a aceleração dos cuidados aos animais, criando ferramentas de software que pudessem auxiliar na gestão de pet shop. Nesse sentido, este trabalho tem como objetivo realizar um levantamento e análise das principais ferramentas de gestão de desenvolvimento tecnológico encontrados sobre o tema por meio do Mapeamento Sistemático (MS), também apresentar a construção da proposta baseada no Modelo de Processo Incremental (MPI) e demonstrar as influências que essas ferramentas contribuíram para o desenvolvimento da gestão dessas empresas.
