The author Sutton-Spence (2021) mentions that the haiku is a very short poem, between five and fifteen seconds, which is why it is important to detail this genre. Kaneko (2008) gives the best details of the signaled haiku, showing its main characteristics. The trajectory of the written haiku until its arrival in Brazil is covered by Nishikido (2019) who reports that the haiku is traditional Japanese poetry, and consists of the structure of three short verses, which generally relate to nature and highlight beauty or a moment of reflection. The methodology used in this research was bibliographical and qualitative, in which videos produced by deaf authors were collected and detailed in terms of their aesthetic elements, for example, whether there is space and symmetry, classifier, speed and so on. Finally, three videos produced by deaf authors were selected to show the aesthetic elements present in the haiku in Libras. After analysis, several aesthetic elements were evidenced in the production of haiku in Libras. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo mostrar os elementos estéticos presentes nos haicais produzidos por autores surdos. Conforme Sutton-Spence; Machado (2023), o gênero textual haicai se propõe em ser um poema mais objetivo e simples para o leitor, e nisso iremos detectar e analisar seus elementos estéticos da Literatura Surda. A autora Sutton-Spence (2021) cita que o haicai é um poema muito breve, algo entre cinco a quinze segundos, e por isso é importante detalhar esse gênero. Kaneko (2008) detalha o haicai sinalizado da melhor forma, mostrando suas principais características. A trajetória do haicai escrito até a chegada no Brasil é abordada por Nishikido (2019) é relata que o haicai é uma poesia japonesa tradicional, e nela consiste na estrutura de três versos curtos, que geralmente se relacionam a natureza e destacam a beleza ou um momento de reflexão. A metodologia utilizada nesta pesquisa foi a bibliográfica, qualitativa, no qual foi a coleta dos vídeos produzidos por autores surdos e detalhando elas dentro dos elementos estéticos, por exemplo, se nelas existem espaço e simetria, classificador, velocidade entre outros.
