This final graduation project presents an architectural proposal for the construction of a Social Service of Commerce (Sesc) unit in the Aleixo neighborhood, in Manaus, with the aim of offering an inclusive, accessible and attractive recreational space to the local population. The initiative aims to meet the community’s leisure, cultural and educational needs, especially in a city where recreational infrastructure is limited and public spaces face abandonment and vandalism. The project intends to transform the land of a former Post Office headquarters into a Recreation and Leisure Center, taking advantage of the existing structure to reduce environmental impacts and enhance local heritage. Located on Avenida André Araújo, the space will be aimed at the social integration and personal development of residents, promoting an environment that fosters community coexistence and belonging. O presente trabalho final de graduação apresenta uma proposta arquitetônica para a construção de uma unidade do Serviço Social do Comércio (Sesc) no bairro Aleixo, em Manaus, com o objetivo de oferecer um espaço recreativo inclusivo, acessível e atrativo à população local. A iniciativa busca atender às necessidades de lazer, cultura e educação da comunidade, especialmente em uma cidade onde a infraestrutura recreativa é limitada e os espaços públicos enfrentam abandono e vandalismo. O projeto pretende transformar o terreno de uma antiga sede dos Correios em um Centro de Recreação e Lazer, aproveitando a estrutura existente para reduzir impactos ambientais e valorizar o patrimônio local.
