The lack of tools and parameters in public health policies and programs in education permeates the lack of knowledge in the health area, reflecting in the lack of interest of a healthy population that appropriates formal and informal knowledge in the school area. The lack of synergy between the health and education sectors can compromise the effectiveness in promoting healthy behaviors and in disseminating the understanding about the importance of health in the school community. The work analyzes publications in journals and on official websites about the registered actions of the Health in Schools Program in Brazil between 2013 and 2023, identifying which regions, Brazilian states and institutions have the most publicized initiatives, as well as which health promotion activities are most present. This is a systematic review research, which considers studies with primary population data, experience reports, abstracts in conference proceedings that are available in the databases. The articles searched for are A ausência de ferramentas e parâmetros em políticas e programas públicos de saúde na educação, permeiem a falta de conhecimento na área da saúde, refletindo no desinteresse de uma população saudável que se apropria de conhecimentos formais e informais na área escolar. A falta de sinergia entre os setores de saúde e educação pode comprometer a eficácia na promoção de comportamentos saudáveis e na disseminação do entendimento sobre a importância da saúde na comunidade escolar. O trabalho analisa as publicações em periódicos e em websites oficiais sobre as ações registradas do Programa Saúde na escola no Brasil entre os anos de 2013 a 2023, identificando quais regiões, estados brasileiros e instituições tem mais iniciativas divulgadas, bem como quais atividades de promoção da saúde estão mais presentes. Trata-se uma pesquisa de revisão sistemática, que considera estudos com dados populacionais primários, relatos de experiência, resumos em anais de congresso que estejam disponíveis nas bases de dados.
