This research focuses on the inclusion of deaf students in Higher Education, especially in the Administration Course at ICSEZ/UFAM. The main objective is to understand the inclusion of these students from the perspectives of teachers, Libras interpreters and in a cooperative way from the accessibility center. Current public policies for the inclusion of deaf people, the services offered by the accessibility center for deaf students, teaching planning and content prepared by teachers to work with deaf students were considered, in addition to the challenges and perspectives of this inclusion. The methodology adopted was qualitative, with a phenomenological approach, with data obtained through narrative interviews. The research found that, although public policies guarantee the educational rights of deaf people in higher education, it is essential to offer training and training to teachers so that inclusion is effective with quality and effectiveness in teaching. |
