Resumo:
This study's main objective is to analyze the determining factors that influence the turnover intention of employees at the Institute of Nature and Culture (INC) at the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM). Among the specific objectives, the identification of factors that promote turnover intentions and the analysis of working conditions at INC/UFAM stand out. The research adopted a quantitative-qualitative approach. An exploratory and descriptive research was carried out, with data collection through a questionnaire applied to 40 INC/UFAM employees, including administrative technicians and teachers. Qualitative data analysis was performed using the content analysis technique, and quantitative data was treated using exploratory data analysis (AED). The study highlighted the factors that promote the intention of employee turnover and analyzed working conditions at INC/UFAM.
