In this perspective, the general objective was named: The development of a mobile application as an initiative to combat and confront bullying at school. The specific objectives are: To characterize bullying in the school context; Map the occurrence of Bullying starting from the analysis of relationships in micro and macro environment; Propose strategies to combat and confront the problem of Bullying. The method o work performed started with The bibliographic review. In the next phase, there was the application of a pre-test in a questionnaire, later, the construction of the Bullying Mobile application. The Xmind application, which created mind maps, was used; Venns diagram. The proposal covers the quantitative, qualitative method. The research was carried out at the federal Institute of Science and Technology of Amapá-IFAP, remotely. The target audiences were: Students of the integrated technical course incomputer science (in No. 6), psychologists (in No. 2), teachers (in No. 23), totaling 31 participants. The Proposal allowed the presentation of an application that fit as a way of intervention to face bullying. O assunto abordado neste artigo é o bullying, um problema de grande repercussão entre os jovens, e que se sobressai no ambiente institucional, assim, um olhar sobre o assunto, permite compreender suas implicações no contexto escolar. Nesta perspectiva, nomeou-se como objetivo geral: O desenvolvimento de aplicativo móvel como iniciativa de combate e enfrentamento ao bullying na escola. Os objetivos específicos são: Caracterizar o bullying no contexto escolar; Fazer um mapeamento da ocorrência do Bullying partindo da análise das relações em micro e macro ambiente; Propor estratégias de combate e enfrentamento à problemática do Bullying. O método de trabalho executado iniciou-se com A revisão bibliográfica. Na fase seguinte, houve a aplicação de um pré-teste em questionário, posterior, a construção do aplicativo Bullying Mobile. Utilizou -se o aplicativo Xmind, criador de mapas mentais; Diagrama de Venns. A proposta abrange o método quantitativo, qualitativo. A pesquisa foi realizada no Instituto Federal de Ciência e Tecnologia do Amapá-IFAP, de forma remota. Os públicos alvos foram: Discentes do curso técnico integrado em informática (em Nº 6), psicólogos (em Nº 2), docentes (em Nº 23), totalizando 31 participantes. A Proposta permitiu a apresentação de aplicativo que se enquadrou como via de intervenção ao enfrentamento do bullying.
