Resumo:
This activity proposes to analyze concepts and integrating ideas in the use of software (virtual simulators) in the computer lab as tools of technological didactic resources to support professional education for the performance of tasks both in theory and in practice for the development and use in teaching and in learning. We used authors who study about simulators of electronic devices, citing the main ones: Smeers (2019), Rodrigues (2016) e Pretto (2013). The target audience of the research were two groups, the first of the Technical Course in Informatics that used simulator software as an auxiliary tool in the teaching process, and the other of the Technical Course in Computer Networks that did not use technologies and had the presentation of the content through traditional classes. The study consisted of bibliographic research, of qualitative and quantitative nature, where the instruments of data collection used were direct observation and questionnaire. The analyzes of this application from the point of view of its effectiveness in the acquisition of knowledge were satisfactory, which allowed to show that the educational process using active methodologies for a meaningful learning process contributes to the students' learning. It is concluded that the use of simulators in the educational process can increase the quality of teaching and increase values where necessary for the importance of this significant change.
