In the State of Roraima these actions are being carried out by Special Indigenous Health Districts (SIHD), East and Yanomami, reflected in the Indigenous Mental Health Programme and its articulation with the State Psycho-Social Care Network. This research aims to know actors involved and describe their practices carried out in mental health care within the indigenous context, through their own experiences’ narratives. The work is divided in four chapters: in the first one I express my own self-narrative, by exposing my living experience as an indigenous psychologist in action on the theme; in the second one, I seek to analyse the approach of psychology to indigenous issues, which has become a reference in dealing with mental health issues, and introduce the psychology professionals working in the East and Yanomamy districts; in the third one I explain the mental health policy for indigenous peoples and, through the narratives of those involved, I point out the negotiations’ hallenges in implementing the mental health policy in this State; finally, in the fourth chapter I discuss the Indigenous Well Living as something legitimate to recognise and value the “indigenous way of being”. Desde mobilizações indígenas e a criação da Política de Atenção à Saúde Mental Indígena (portaria nº 2.759 MS/2007) desdobramentos de cuidados de cunho psicossocial são pensados para as populações indígenas do Brasil. Em Roraima essas ações estão sendo executadas pelos Distritos Sanitários Especiais Indígenas (DSEI), Leste e Yanomami, refletidas no Programa de Saúde Mental Indígena e na sua articulação com a Rede de Atenção Psicossocial do Estado. Esta pesquisa visa conhecer quais os agentes envolvidos e suas práticas de atuação nos cuidados de saúde mental em contexto indígena, por meio de suas narrativas da experiência. O trabalho esta dividido em quatro capítulos: no primeiro expresso o meu eunarrativo, expondo minha vivência como uma psicóloga indígena que atuou com a temática; no segundo, busco refletir a aproximação da psicologia com as questões indígenas que tem se tornando uma referência no trato das questões de saúde mental, apresentando os profissionais psicólogos, e os outros profissionais da saúde indígena que atuam nos distritos Leste e Yanomami; no terceiro explicito a política de saúde mental para povos indígenas e, por meio de narrativas dos envolvidos, levanto os desafios de se fazer tratativas na “implementação” da saúde mental indígena no Estado; por fim, no quarto capítulo reflito o Bem Viver Indígena como algo legítimo para reconhecimento e valorização do “modo de ser indígena”. 2019-07-15T15:15:13Z 2019-07-15T15:15:13Z 2018-09-21 Dissertação VIEIRA, Edilaise Santos.
