The research is qualitative, descriptive and applied, and used bibliographical research, semi-structured interviews with former UFRR managers, software development, creation of a brand and was evaluated by specialist researchers. It is expected that this work will help the administrative management of the Federal University of Roraima, be it the superior administration or the coordination of centers and courses, allowing the scientific works produced to be stored and consulted more easily. The use of the tool can contribute to the development of the institution through the registration of research aimed at improving the institution, showing the need and importance of applying this tool through the evaluation carried out by researchers from the institution. O presente trabalho trata da criação da ferramenta virtual ANNA, identificada por uma marca específica com expressões regionais, em que foram utilizadas as peculiaridades do estado de Roraima para sua criação utilizando a língua indígena Macuxi para definição da palavra ANNA que significa saber em português, a fim de contribuir para a difusão do conhecimento científico produzido na Universidade Federal de Roraima (UFRR). A pesquisa é qualitativa, descritiva e aplicada, e se utilizou de pesquisa bibliográfica, entrevistas semiestruturadas com ex-gestores da UFRR, desenvolvimento de um software, criação de uma marca e foi avaliada por pesquisadores especialistas. Espera-se que este trabalho venha auxiliar a gestão administrativa da Universidade Federal de Roraima, seja a administração superior ou de coordenações de centros e cursos, permitindo que os trabalhos científicos produzidos sejam guardados e consultados mais facilmente. A utilização da ferramenta pode contribuir com o desenvolvimento da instituição por meio do cadastramento de pesquisas que visem o melhoramento da instituição, sendo exibida a necessidade e a importância da aplicação dessa ferramenta por meio da avaliação realizada por pesquisadores da instituição.
