Specially in the North region, little is known about this family, being only six species recorded there: Amanahyphes saguassu Salles & Molineri, 2006 (AM), Leptohyphes populus Allen, 1973 (AM), Macunahyphes australis Dias, Salles & Molineri, 2005 (PA, RR), Tricorythodes rondoniensis Dias, Cruz & Ferreira, 2008 (AM, RR), Tricorytopsis bahiensis Dias, Salles & Ferreira, 2008 (AM, RR) and Tricorythopsis yucupe Dias, Salles & Ferreira, 2008 (AM, RR). With the objective to contribute with the knowledge on Leptohyphidae in the North region, particularly the Amazon state, specimens from two municipalities were analyzed: Manaus (Adolpho Ducke Forest Reserve) and Presidente Figueiredo. Three new species were described, two in the genus Tricorythopsis Traver and one in Tricorythodes Ulmer and, a key to identify genera and species known from the North region is presented. Tricorythodes ocellus Allen and Roback, 1969 is recorded for the first time in Brazil. With these results, the number of known species in the Leptohyphidae family in North region of Brazil increase from six to 10. Apesar da ampla distribuição da família Leptohyphidae no Brasil, o número de espécies conhecidas ainda é incipiente. Especialmente na região Norte, pouco se conhece sobre essa família, sendo que apenas seis espécies foram registradas: Amanahyphes saguassu Salles & Molineri, 2006 (AM), Leptohyphes populus Allen, 1973 (AM), Macunahyphes australis Dias, Salles & Molineri, 2005 (PA, RR), Tricorythodes rondoniensis Dias, Cruz & Ferreira, 2008 (AM, RR), Tricorytopsis bahiensis Dias, Salles & Ferreira, 2008 (AM, RR), Tricorythopsis yucupe Dias, Salles & Ferreira, 2008 (AM, RR). Tendo como propósito contribuir com o conhecimento de Leptohyphidae na Região Norte, particularmente no estado do Amazonas, foram estudados espécimes de dois municípios: Manaus (Reserva Florestal Adolpho Ducke) e Presidente Figueiredo. Como resultado deste estudo foram descritas três novas espécies, duas pertencentes ao gênero Tricorythopsis Traver e uma ao Tricorythodes Ulmer; e uma chave de identificação foi elaborada para gêneros e espécies conhecidos para a região Norte. A espécie Tricorythodes ocellus Allen e Roback, 1969 é registrada pela primeira vez para o Brasil.
