Resumo:
The variation of Moorhen levels causes changes in the behavior of the inner waterway navigation. However, there are no studies on the impact of changes in share in water transport. This study aimed to analyze the influence of global and regional climate change of land use in the volume of cargo transported in Porto Velho stations, Humaita, Manacapuru and Fazenda Vista Alegre. To achieve the goal we used the simulations eight climate projections used as the hydrological model MDH-INPE data entry, from there have been generated produced scenarios that include land use projections (ie, regional changes land cover induced conversion of forests into pastures for the period 2011-2099), and without land use scenarios (where the current vegetation remains unchanged throughout the simulation period). In this context, the impact loads stream were analyzed for the period 2011 -2040. The results ensure that global climate change (CC) impact on water levels, influencing the landing capacity / shipping charges. Also, impacts on water transport are reduced when we include climate change in land use (LUCC), because there is decreased due to evaporation replacement of forest by pasture, associated with an increase in the quota river.
