For the management of conservation units of sustainable use are primarily used as strategies to conserve biodiversity, people remain inside the know by making use of natural resources in a rational manner ensuring their subsistence, and also the promotion of improved quality of life these populations that inhabit the interior. Most residents in Sustainable Development Reserves Amazon has a low index (HDI), but have different cultures and social can be leveraged in your favor. This study has been developed to meet a particular concern space Amazon results of the investments made to improve this process. The objective was to analyze investments in projects of poultry by Bolsa Floresta (income component) in Sustainable Development Reserve (RDS) Uatumã. The study was focused on six projects for income generation with raising chickens in semi-confinement system toward sustainable family farming-based community. The projects studied were developed in family groups involving six traditional communities in the municipality of Itapiranga, the state of Amazonas. The results showed that the investments generated by the projects provided a decent income for the standard as developed, representing an average gain of 36% of the total amount invested by the project, benefiting more than 48 families of the six communities involved. The results also show signs of uncertainty with projects implemented in the collective format. It also showed that there needs tweaking the format of the investments of the Bolsa Floresta to Uatumã Reserve. It also points out some recommendations based on the results to be analyzed and perhaps from them improve the designs increasingly. |
