The camu-camu (Myrciaria dúbia (H.B.K.) McVaugh), known as caçari, araçá d'água and azedinho, belongs to the family botany Myrtaceae and has center of origin or genetic diversity in the Amazonian Region, can be utilized in mixed plantations destined to agroforest systems and presents high nutritious values. The concentration of vitamin C, with around 3000 mg/100 g of pulp, is over than acerola. The present work had as objective evaluate some agronômicas and nutricionais characteristics of 12 progênies of wild camu-camu, originating from Uatumã Basin in land fk, utilizing like criteria of evaluation analysis between and inside progenies of: fruits yield, fruit nutritional value, fenology of reproduction. The experimental design utilized was blocks with two repetitions with 12 progenies originating from Uatumâ Basin, each one composed by five plants with spacing of 2,0 X 5,0 m. The following parameters were evaluated: fenology, annual fruits yield, pulp weight, seed weight, diameter and length of the fruits, number of seeds by fruit, quantity of fruits, content of vitamin C, solid soluble and pH. From the pulp was evaluated the content of vitamin C, solid soluble and pH. With base in the results obtained, is able to conclude that the pulps stored had content of vitamin C, pH and soluble solid (1819 mg/100 g of pulp, 2,60 and 7,44) lower to than "in natura" samples (2029 mg/100 g of pulp, 2,80 and 7,74); The 15,07, 16, 09, 27, 14, 13, and 10 progenies highest quantity of vitamin C, with 2216, 2149, 2108, 1997, 1930, 1880 mg/ 100 g of pulp, respectively; the fruits yield was highest in December of2000 (11,63 kg) and December of2001 (12,70 kg); the flowering occurred during ali the year; so much regarding the diameter as regards the length, to 27 progeny presented the highest values; the 13 progeny presented highest fruits yield, quantity of fruits and pulp weight; the 11,1c progeny presented highest values with 3266 g of fruits and 2204,1 g of pulp; the 15,5b plant presented the most greatest content of vitamin C, with 3465,60 mg/ 100 g of pulp. |
