The dissemination of events within the scope of the Ifes is the focus of this article, which reports the ways of publicizing this type of information on websites of 48 federal universities and presents the experience of the Federal University of Tocantins one year after the implementation of the UFT Agenda System. The study demonstrates that event reporting is both an important and challenging issue within the organizational communication mix, and that computerization, coupled with a participatory approach, can be a viable strategy for meeting the reported demands. En un contexto donde "cosas" están permanentemente "sucediendo", ¿cómo puede una institución que actúa en diversos frentes sistematizar informaciones sobre todo lo que sucede en ella misma? La divulgación de eventos en el ámbito de las IFES es el foco de este artículo, el cual relata las formas de publicidad de este tipo de información en sitios de 48 universidades federales y presenta la experiencia de la Universidad Federal de Tocantins un año después de la implantación del Sistema Agenda UFT. El estudio demuestra que la divulgación de eventos es una cuestión tanto importante como desafiante dentro del mix de la comunicación organizacional, y que la informatización, junto con un enfoque participativo, puede ser una estrategia viable para atender las demandas relatadas. Em um contexto onde “coisas” estão permanentemente “acontecendo”, como pode uma instituição que atua em diversas frentes sistematizar informações sobre tudo o que acontece nela mesma? A divulgação de eventos no âmbito das Ifes é o foco deste artigo, o qual relata as formas de publicização deste tipo de informação em sites de 48 universidades federais e apresenta a experiência da Universidade Federal do Tocantins um ano após a implantação do Sistema Agenda UFT. O estudo demonstra que a divulgação de eventos é uma questão tanto importante quanto desafiadora dentro do mix da comunicação organizacional, e que a informatização, aliada a uma abordagem participativa, pode ser uma estratégia viável para o atendimento das demandas relatadas.
