The study investigated the occurrence of the academic stage of the course of law in the Court
of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) judicial district of Palmas, with the intention of
diagnosing and proposing to its conduction, through qualitative research with
phenomenological inspiration, analyzing the trainees activities and the requirements set out in
the terms of commitment and plans of activities of educational institutions and the legal and
pedagogical requirements of higher education revealed by the perception of the subjects
involved in the intemship process - trainees, magistrates and servants - on the compatibility of
activities carried out and the experience of educational development in which the trainees
were. The study concludes by proposing improvements to the management of the academic
intemship of said course. Statistics was done through questionnaires with open and closed
questions, comprising 83% of the trainees filled in the judicial services, 75% of the servers
and 57% of the judges in the district under study. The data analysis occurred comparatively,
paralleling the revealed reality and the recommendations of the norms governing the
intemship in Brazil. At the end of this study the proposal of improvement to the conduction of
the traineeship was made through a suggestion in a model for the issuance of a normative act
by the TJTO in relation to the agreements with Higher Education Institutions (IES), the
edition of normative orientation specific to the course stage to the managers of the district, as
well as the organization of periodic informative and educational events directed to the
trainees, aiming at the faithful adaptation of the intemship to the regency norm, allied to the
opportunity of the trainee to have the unique moments and necessary for bis professional
formation in the practical leaming in accordance with the law. |
