The study concludes by proposing improvements to the management of the academic intemship of said course. Statistics was done through questionnaires with open and closed questions, comprising 83% of the trainees filled in the judicial services, 75% of the servers and 57% of the judges in the district under study. The data analysis occurred comparatively, paralleling the revealed reality and the recommendations of the norms governing the intemship in Brazil. At the end of this study the proposal of improvement to the conduction of the traineeship was made through a suggestion in a model for the issuance of a normative act by the TJTO in relation to the agreements with Higher Education Institutions (IES), the edition of normative orientation specific to the course stage to the managers of the district, as well as the organization of periodic informative and educational events directed to the trainees, aiming at the faithful adaptation of the intemship to the regency norm, allied to the opportunity of the trainee to have the unique moments and necessary for bis professional formation in the practical leaming in accordance with the law. O estudo investigou o fenômeno do estágio acadêmico do curso de direito no Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Tocantins (TJTO) comarca de Palmas, com intenção de diagnosticar e fazer proposições à sua condução, mediante pesquisa de natureza qualitativa com inspiração fenomenológica, analisando as atividades desenvolvidas pelos estagiários e as exigências previstas nos termos de compromisso e planos de atividades das instituições de ensino e as exigências legais e pedagógicas do ensino superior reveladas pela percepção dos sujeitos envolvidos no processo de estágio — os estagiários, os magistrados e os servidores - sobre a compatibilidade das atividades realizadas e a experiência de desenvolvimento educacional em que se encontravam os estagiários. O estudo permitiu propor aperfeiçoamentos à gestão do estágio realizado no Tribunal. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de questionários com perguntas abertas e fechadas, abarcando 83% dos estagiários lotados nas serventias judiciais, 75% dos servidores e 57% dos juizes da comarca em tela. A análise dos dados ocorreu comparativamente, fazendo-se paralelo entre a realidade revelada e as recomendações das normas regulamentadoras do estágio, conforme a Lei n°. 11.788/2008 em vigência. Ao final propõe-se adequações na condução do estágio mediante sugestão em modelo de expedição de ato normativo pelo TJTO em relação aos convênios com as Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES), edição de orientação normativa especifica para o estágio do curso de direito, dirigida aos gestores da comarca, bem como a realização de eventos informativos e educativos periódicos direcionados aos estagiários, mirando a fiel adequação do estágio à norma de regência, aliada a oportunidade dos estagiários terem momentos únicos e necessários à sua formação profissional na aprendizagem prática na conformidade da lei. 2019-03-28T18:06:08Z 2019-03-28T18:06:08Z 2019-02-08 Dissertação NOGUEIRA, Mária Rodrigues.
