In this sense, this work aims to identify elements that may contribute to the mitigation of fish injuries and death in HPPs, based on an analysis of the conditions in Peixe Angical (PEA), Luís Eduardo Magalhães (LEM) and Estreito (EST). During the research, there was a great deficiency in the detailing of the information on the rescued dead animals, the lack of approaches for the evaluation of the risk of death episodes in cases of maneuvering, and the absence of studies aiming to analyze characteristics of the acoustic contribution of plant equipments in the icthyofauna behavior. For this purpose, a rescue protocol was proposed, a risk assessment and the acoustic landscape resulting from the operation of LEM turbines and spillways was presented. Ao longo do período de funcionamento das usinas hidrelétricas (UHEs) existentes na bacia do rio Tocantins, foram documentados alguns eventos de mortandade de ictiofauna. Moradores ribeirinhos observam todos os dias, carcaças de animais mortos nas margens do rio. Neste sentido, este trabalho visa identificar elementos que possam contribuir para a mitigação de injúrias e morte de peixes em UHEs, a partir de uma análise das condições existentes em Peixe Angical (PEA), Luís Eduardo Magalhães (LEM) e Estreito (EST). Durante a pesquisa, observou-se grande deficiência no detalhamento das informações relativas aos animais mortos resgatados, inexistências de abordagens para fins de avaliação do risco de episódios de morte em casos da realização de manobras, ausência de estudos que visem esmiuçar características da contribuição acústica de equipamentos da usina no comportamento da ictiofauna.
