This paper aims to analyze how entrepreneurship can contribute to a proper legal formation to the transformations of society in the information age and to analyze how education and entrepreneurial practice is configured in the Pedagogical Political Projects of law courses in the city of Palmas - TO, in the year 2019. For this, the applied methodology had a bibliographical, documentary and qualitative character, aiming at the best use of information and retraction of reality. First, an analysis was made from the historical and conceptual point of view of the term entrepreneurship and the definition of entrepreneurial subject, also demonstrating the difficulties encountered in reaching this definition. The second chapter presents Entrepreneurship in Higher Education Institutions, the history and difficulties of entrepreneurial education, the nature of entrepreneurial learning and highlights the importance of inserting entrepreneurship in Entrepreneurial Legal Education, demonstrating practical examples for this. At the end, an analysis is made of the Pedagogical Political Projects of the Law Courses of the Educational Institutions, in the city of Palmas, State of Tocantins, in order to verify if there is the presence of an institutional model focused on the entrepreneurial education and the innovation, which is attentive to the insertion of professionals able to the contemporary entrepreneurial market. Qualitative documentary research was conducted in eight Higher Education Institutions, of which six made available the Pedagogical Political Project for analysis. At the end of the analysis it was obtained as a result that of the six Institutions that made available the requested document, four offered optional or elective courses related to Entrepreneurship. However, the subject is treated superficially, without further elaboration on methods developed to encourage entrepreneurial practice and mentality, or even on specific projects related to entrepreneurship, which target students, teachers and society.
