This paper aims to analyze which factors may be present in the entrepreneurial profile of the
students of the UFT Logistics Course. The research problem seeks to understand what is the
entrepreneurial profile and which characteristics can influence the entrepreneurship
development of students in the Logistics Course. As for the approach the research is qualitative,
as for the objectives is descriptive. A questionnaire was applied to students enrolled in the
Logistics Course in order to identify characteristics that make up the entrepreneurial profile.
The characteristics analyzed are those brought by Schmidt and Bohnenberger (2009), classified
into two groups: business initiative and performance of activities. Data were analyzed
correlating the characteristics of the entrepreneurial profile of the academics. In the correlation
of the characteristics of the entrepreneurial profile, relevant association between the constructs,
business initiative and performance of activities was identified, among them planning with risk
taking and innovation with leadership. |
