This paper focuses on the creation of an architectural project of a resort, from the understanding the necessities, for which the most important guidelines are: increase the tourist potential of the city, foster leisure activities always seeking to maintain environmental, visual preservation and sustainability. To this end, bibliographic research, correlate studies, understanding of the standards required by EMBRATUR were performed, and thus collecting relevant information for the project. From then on there was the terrain study, floor plan design, functional solutions, flow study, structure planning, thermal, aesthetic and sustainable solutions. As a result, it was possible to design a resort that encompasses all the features needed for leisure hotel.
