CNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ARQUITETURA E URBANISMO This paper focuses on the creation of an architectural project of a resort, from the understanding the necessities, for which the most important guidelines are: increase the tourist potential of the city, foster leisure activities always seeking to maintain environmental, visual preservation and sustainability. To this end, bibliographic research, correlate studies, understanding of the standards required by EMBRATUR were performed, and thus collecting relevant information for the project. From then on there was the terrain study, floor plan design, functional solutions, flow study, structure planning, thermal, aesthetic and sustainable solutions. As a result, it was possible to design a resort that encompasses all the features needed for leisure hotel. Este trabalho tem como foco a criação de um projeto arquitetônico de um resort, a partir do entendimento das necessidades do mesmo, cujas principais diretrizes são: aumentar o potencial turístico da cidade, fomentar as atividades de lazer procurando sempre manter a preservação ambiental, visual e a sustentabilidade. Para isso, foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas, estudos de correlatos, entendimento das normas requeridas pela EMBRATUR, e assim coletando informações relevantes ao projeto. A partir daí houve o estudo do terreno, concepção de plantas baixas, soluções funcionais, estudo de fluxos, planejamento de estrutura, soluções térmicas, estéticas e sustentáveis.
