n this research, we propose to understand the discursive functioning of the
document entitled Dossier / IPHAN of Minas Cheese Handmade as Cultural
Heritage, considering the historicity of the discourse(s) on the conditions of
cheese production in this region, as a cultural historical heritage, analyzing the
discourse, which deals with historical heritage in the State of Minas Gerais. We
also propose to understand how the subject producing this cheese, in the face of
the act of making it, subjectivates / recognizes themselves and is subjectivated /
is recognized from the Dossier. Our thesis is affiliated with the Discourse Analysis
theory according to Michel Pêcheux and Eni P. Orlandi, from which we mobilize
fundamental concepts such as discourse, historicity, discursive memory,
production conditions, among others, for, in a come-and-go movement
throughout our reading archive, we analyze the Dossier / IPHAN of Minas Cheese
Handmade, in relation to other materials such as news from the media, images
of the Dossier itself, laws on patrimonialization, to understand the discursive
functioning of the sayings about making Minas cheese meaning as a cultural
historical heritage of Brazil. The research hypothesis is that the present Dossiê /
IPHAN document of the Minas Gerais Cheese Handmade, despite bringing in its
discourse strong marks of memory and cultural identity of the people of Minas
Gerais (more specifically of the Canastra Mountain region) meaning them as
another record of this subject and his making, fails to ignore the historical
movement that constitutes them and does not immobilize them. As a result, we
conclude that the effects of meaning produced by the document cause a tension
between the duty / power to be patrimonialized and the impossibility of doing so,
since the functioning of memory about the Minas cheese, its making and the
subject that produces it in its doing it is updated and / or transformed at every
moment of its journey in history. |
