Socio-historical theory is adopted. With regard to the methodological path, this article follows a qualitative approach, using data characterization sheets that were filled in according to the information contained in each institution's reports. For data analysis, descriptive analysis and Iramuteq software were used. Among the main results, with regard to the characteristics of sexual violence, the victims are female, with a prevalence of age from 13 to 17 years old, being the stepfather, father and / or grandfather the aggressors who most appeared. Regarding the referrals and articulation of the network, it is observed that the bodies that most appeared as responsible were the Guardianship Council, CREAS and police station, signaling a certain lack of knowledge about how the network should work in the municipality. With regard to organizational support, it was identified that the social actors do not see it as sufficient, since, due to the lack of resources, they are unable to satisfactorily respond to the demands that appear. O presente artigo tem como objetivo geral caracterizar a violência sexual a partir dos dados da rede de proteção e defesa dos direitos da criança e adolescente do município de Paraíso do Tocantins. Adota-se a teoria sócio histórica. Com relação ao percurso metodológico, este artigo segue uma abordagem de caráter qualitativo, utilizando-se de fichas de caracterização de dados que foram preenchidas de acordo com as informações contidas em relatórios de cada instituição. Para análise dos dados utilizou-se Análise descritiva e software Iramuteq. Dentre os principais resultados, no que se refere as características da violência sexual as vítimas são do sexo feminino, com prevalência de idade dos 13 aos 17 anos, sendo padrasto, pai e/ou avô os agressores que mais apareceram. Com relação aos encaminhamentos e articulação da rede, observa-se que os órgãos que mais apareceram como responsáveis foram Conselho Tutelar, CREAS e delegacia, sinalizando certo desconhecimento sobre como deve funcionar a rede no município.
