It is possible to observe that in the traditional format of Physical Education classes, the teaching of collective sports is predominant among all the contents of the discipline. This paper refers to the contributions that team sports make to the motor and social aspects of elementary school students, when they are working in physical education classes. The study aims to analyze different aspects of the teaching of team sports in Physical education classes that contribute to the social and motor development of students in Elementary School II. It was configured as a field research, with a qualitative approach, the research method used was descriptive-interpretative research. For data collection we used the observation of classes with diary record the descriptive type and questionnaires. Three physical education classes were observed in two schools and in four different classes. The questionnaire was applied to 7 students and 1 physical education teacher. The study also presents a bibliographic survey on the above-mentioned theme that showed that there are some new productions of works in the area of physical education that deals with subject. Given the results found, team sports are worked on in almost all physical education classes, providing students with an improvement in motor development and socialization among students and with the teacher. |
