Abstract - This is an empirical and explanatory research, based on a quantitative qualitative approach, which deals with a teaching training to work in distance
education (DE) focusing a digital literacy of professors working at the School of
Judges of Tocantins (Esmat). The purpose is to develop a training program in
digital literacy to maximize the potential of learning facilitators regarding resources
in virtual learning environments (VLE) in favor of quality in distance education. For
this purpose, a quantitative-qualitative approach and the use of indirect technique
was used, through analysis of specialized doctrine, rules of the Judiciary,
management reports and Esmat’s Institutional Development Project. It was verified
a continuous need for a professor training process with a focus on improving in
relation to the use of platforms to assist the teaching-learning process. Finally, a
qualification proposal entitled “Training program in digital literacy for online
teaching” was indicated. |
