Resumo:
This research aims to rethink the Preparation Program for Retirement (PPA) of IFTO of Araguatins, functioning since June 2013. Thereby, it is a qualitative exploratory research, with the application of the method of Content Analysis. We interviewed three groups: Group I - Retirees (06 retired employees); Group II - Pre-retirees (15 servers, retirement scheduled up to 2020), and group III (current management team of the program in question, consisting of 09 servers on campus). All these groups were asked to respond on the progress and challenges of the PPA. With the Content Analysis 04 categories were obtained, as follows: the work and retirement for post and pre-retired; The PPA under the look of the post and pre-retirees and the program in exercise, under the vision of the management team. The inertia that the program has experienced in recent months, which ensures its continuity is the issuance of Ordinance No. 109/2013 and Order of Rectification No. 35/2014, as they define the program implanted on the IFTO - Campus Araguatins. So, being an inherent need, the program must be reconfigured with a target, current, full board and aware of the obligations regarding the quality of life of the servers in the stages of retirement. To propose it to other campuses in the current working patterns is utopian. Never theless considering that what was experienced so far is positive and now experiences can be exchanged, advice should be given to implement this program in the other campi. Thus, supported by Zanelli (1996; 2007; 2010); França (2009), Shibuya (2008) and many other renowned scholars of humanities and social science will discuss the progression process faced by this program because studies like this can leverage other actions that improve the server quality of life so that its inclusion in the new phase of life is really “the best age”.
